Can ADHD Simple help someone in my situation?
I already have a diagnosis
You may not need another assessment. A prescriber reviews it and you go straight to Get stable.
I’m in my 50s, 60s or older
There’s no upper age limit. ADHD is often missed for decades.
I want a second opinion
We can review a previous assessment, or do a new one. Call us to talk it through first.
I’m on an NHS waiting list
Keep your place. Be assessed and treated with us now, and still take your NHS appointment later.
Who will assess me?
Every clinician is on a UK professional register. Check any of them on the GMC or NMC website before you book.
Dr Kunal Choudhary
Consultant Psychiatrist
Leads clinical governance at ADHD Simple and sets the standards every assessment follows. A Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive NHS experience in adult ADHD and neurodevelopmental care.
Adrian Williams
ADHD Specialist Practitioner and Nurse Prescriber
Over 26 years in the NHS, including as ADHD and autism lead nurse for Alder Hey Community Developmental Paediatrics. Assesses adults and prescribes during titration.

What happens with my NHS GP?
We follow NICE guidance (NG87), the standard the NHS uses. Taking over prescribing is always your GP’s decision.
1 · We contact your GP
With your consent, we send your report, treatment plan and a shared care request. You don’t arrange anything.
2 · If your GP agrees
Prescriptions move to the NHS at standard charges. GPs usually won’t change doses, so you can keep specialist reviews with us for £29 a month. Optional.
If your GP says no
You keep your treatment with us: £29 a month for repeat prescriptions and an annual review. Ask your GP again anytime.
