Your clinician reads everything in advance and checks medical history and anything that could look like ADHD but isn’t. So the interview is about you, not forms.

That's common, and it doesn't stop you being assessed. Parents pass away, families lose touch, and plenty of people would rather not involve theirs. You choose.
